Brand Lead (Wealth/Invest)
Overview:
As a Brand Lead / Consumer Segment Marketing Lead at Maya, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that moves at lightning speed to deliver and drive sustainable adoption of innovative bundles of solutions to our customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ideate, develop, and execute world-class marketing strategies tailored to specific consumer segments and the dynamic needs of the times.
You'll be responsible for developing and implementing world-class direct-to-consumer and partnership-led go-to-market initiatives that drive adoption of wealth management solutions (crypto, investment, insurance), international remittance services, and loyalty programs, alongside Wallet and Payments, Lifestyle, and other offerings.
What you will do:
- Drive and work with internal cross-functional teams to identify key market insights, trends, and opportunities for growth to develop strategic marketing plans.
- Analyze customer needs, behaviors, and pain points to uncover valuable insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Define and position our fintech products and solutions for specific customer segments.
- Develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns to engage and drive value for each target segment.
- Measure and evaluate marketing effectiveness through data analytics and tools.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations, you will help optimize marketing strategies.
- Optimize product, promotional, distribution, partnership, and pricing structures that fit with your assigned segments to enhance overall business profitability and market competitiveness.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand, Growth, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on segment marketing, product marketing, or brand management
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data using advanced tools into actionable insights and decisions.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful integrated marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning, with a focus on creating personalized experiences for customers.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of advanced fintech products like crypto, investments, insurance, and loyalty platforms is a strong advantage.
