As a Corporate Development Analyst, you will play a crucial role in overseeing loan disbursements, loan outstanding, and loan ADB.

What You Will Do:

Performance Oversight: Monitor and evaluate loan disbursements, loan outstanding, and loan ADB.
Strategy Conceptualization: Develop value-adding strategies to expand MSME penetration within the Maya ecosystem or outside. Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure effective implementation.
Marketing Plan Development: Work with the Business Banking Head and MSME Solutions/Marketing Team to create marketing plans that drive loan adoption.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to assess the viability of existing programs and introduce new projects for business generation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Understand and appreciate the goals, processes, and concerns of various stakeholders. Provide a balanced perspective between business expediency and risk control.

What You Need to Succeed:

Educational Background: Graduate of any business-related or finance course, such as Business Administration/Management, Finance, Accounting, etc.
Experience: At least 3 years in a financial institution or fintech company, focusing on business development and analytics, strategic planning, and process improvement. Preferably with Lending/Credit background and hands-on experience in P&L management.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data and product analysis and redesign.
Bank Credit and Risk Management: Sufficient background in bank credit and risk management.
Team Collaboration: Effective team player and collaborator.
