Overview:
The CLM Specialist is in-charge of managing the merchant lifecycle from acquisition to use case adoption and retention for the Retail & MSME Business.
What you will do:
- Develop CLM strategies for the guide customers through the acquisition, engagement, retention, and advocacy stages.
- Design and map out customer journeys, creating personalized communication sequences at each stage of the funnel
- Build & implement lifecycle campaigns
- Proactively track and analyze customer data, campaign performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, to ensure campaign efforts align with broader business objectives and that the customer experience is seamless.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Math, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or similar fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in CLM work in a FinTech and Financial services institutions
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in campaign platforms such as Clevertap, MS Office applications, and data base systems is an advantage
