What you will be doing:
- Support dispute resolution and processing of chargeback/refund
- Analyze and find better ways to address customer concerns
- Continuous learning of operation policies and rules
What we are looking for:
- Graduate of any 4-year business course
- At least 2 years of experience in handling credit card chargeback disputes
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Access
- Has excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
- Good analytical skills with high attention to details
