Overview:  

The Collections Analyst (Credit Cards) is responsible in making data-driven analysis to improve collection strategies, enhance collection rates, and support financial decision-making. 

What you will be doing:

• Prepare regular reports and forecasts on current loan delinquency status  for Credit Cards
• Perform adhoc data analysis (SQL Queries, Report extract or generation, etc.)
• Analyze collections performance and measure effectiveness of strategies
• Manage stakeholders and key resources for timely implementation and tracking of key initiatives.

What you need to succeed:   

• Knowledge and experience in SQL Query writing and Reports Preparation
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
• Experience in collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure that collections strategies are executed and monitored
• Knowledge in collections performance analysis and effectiveness of collections strategies
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and self-motivated learner.

What we are looking for:

• BS Statistics, Mathematics and Analytics graduates
• At least two (2) years of experience in Collections Analytics, Reporting and Data Insights and Collections Strategies
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated learner.
