What you will do:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and market opportunities within targeted fintech segments.
- Collaborate with product teams and partners to design, tailor, and position financial solutions aligned with customer needs and regulatory standards.
- Identify and engage prospective clients, partners, and alliances to generate new revenue streams and expand the company's footprint in the fintech ecosystem.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing and sales strategies, including demos, proofs of concept, and pilot programs aimed at client onboarding and rapid adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and partners by understanding their challenges and presenting suitable fintech solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Establish and nurture relationships with technology providers, regulators, and industry associations to support solution deployment and market penetration.
- Define KPIs, monitor progress, and prepare regular reports on growth metrics, solution adoption rates, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Business Management, or similar fields
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project management and business development work
- Deep understanding of payments, digital banking, lending, or related financial services
- Proven track record in driving growth, securing partnerships, and managing complex solutions
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Technical aptitude to understand API integrations, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
