Overview:
The Integrated Media Specialist is responsible for driving Maya’s integrated, full-funnel campaigns spanning offline, digital, and emerging channels. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with focus on growing Maya’s customer base and retaining them through paid and owned digital channels. The successful candidate will advocate for media effectiveness, champion execution excellence, and help position the company as a challenger brand recognized for world-class delivery.
What you will do:
- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of media plans and KPIs to ensure campaigns are efficient, effective, and aligned with business goals, including lower-funnel acquisition as key focus area.
- Provide strategic guidance to working teams by translating media strategies & results into compelling stories that highlight execution quality, business impact, and effectiveness versus benchmarks and competitors – helping all stakeholders understand and believe in the value of media investments.
- Drive adoption of key media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and champion innovative opportunities that help expand Maya’s digital footprint.
- Oversee paid media activation with the agency, ensuring campaigns meet sufficiency, efficiency, and creative quality standards based on internal and industry best practices.
- Manage the day-to-day media planning and buying with the agency, proactively diagnosing and improving campaign performance from media channel mix to messaging/creative.
- Leverage attribution and analytics tools to track campaign impact on business drivers and uncover actionable insights and quick-win opportunities.
- Support Maya’s organic visibility with App Store and Search Engine Optimization, including keyword strategy development, content optimization, performance tracking, and integration with marketing activities.
- Own budget tracking and ensure smart, strategic allocation of paid media investments in line with business targets.
- Continuously scan the media landscape for industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging channels that can elevate Maya’s advantage.
- Collaborate deeply with internal and external partners to ensure execution excellence in delivering brand and campaign milestones.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing, media planning and/or buying gained in-house or at a global agency.
- Background in industries such as Tech, Fintech, E-commerce or agencies serving such verticals is a plus.
