Description: 

 

What you will be doing:

  • Has experience or is confident in handling discussions with C-level, both internal and external
  • Confident in delivering presentations and is comfortable with data
  • Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with key accounts across Food and Beverage industries.
  • Establish and optimize relationships with internal and external key partners
  • Assist clients with necessary onboarding processes and requirements
  • Recognize partner pain-points, and provide recommendations and solutions
  • Work closely with different cross-functional teams such as compliance, operations, and other key departments.
  • Responsible for ensuring that policies and procedures adhere to corporate standards.

What we are looking for: 

  • Graduate of Marketing, Business Management, or any other related field.
  • An equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable.
  • Knowledgeable in e-wallets and payment acceptance.
  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, Account or Partner Management.
  • Strong analytical skills and effective written and oral communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Client or Key Accounts Management or Business Development.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners, and management.
  • Has a client-centered mindset, a good problem-solver and is highly analytical.
  • Open to continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge in issuing and acquiring financial technologies, and other intersecting industries is a plus.
  • Experience in Sales Operations is also a plus.
