As a Customer Engagement Manager at Maya, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that moves at lightning speed to deliver and drive sustainable adoption of innovative bundles of solutions to our customers.
What you will do:
- Insight Strategist: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market insights, trends, and opportunities for strategic marketing plans. Analyze customer needs and behaviors to inform strategies and shape segmentation and targeting.
- Marketing Analyst: Measure and evaluate marketing effectiveness through data analytics. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and track campaign performance.
- Consumer Value Driver: Analyze consumer trends to define product-market fit and profitability for segments. Evaluate engagement strategies and extract more value from the product line.
- Customer Strategy Support: Advocate for customer-centric strategies and align cross-functional teams. Collaborate with various teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand, Growth, Business Administration, or related fields (Master's preferred).
- 7-8 years of Marketing Insights/Analyst experience, preferably in a fintech company or a similar industry
- Experience with large data sets, data models, databases, and SQL.
- Strong analytical and research skills for synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with tight deadlines.
