Operations Manager

Strategic Support & Fulfillment
Description: 

The Fulfillment Manager is mainly responsible for speedy and accurate deployments of QR and Online solutions. He/she will also be in charge of merchandising materials deployments of QR, onboarding of Online solutions and merchant aftersales concerns. He/she must ensure orders are processed in accordance to service standards. 

 

What you will do: 

Supervision and fulfillment of the following tasks and responsibilities: 

  • Backend Configuration or Setup Requirements 

  • Product Kitting and QA Testing 

  • Inventory Management 

  • Vendor Management 

  • Merchant Aftersales (Servicing and Replacement Requirements) 

  • Project Planning and Execution 

 

What you need to succeed: 

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Management or related courses 

  • Exemplifies strong organization and leadership skills, with a growth mindset 

  • With Operations experience, preferably with exposure to financial services solutions (QR and Online) 

  • Comfortable working with numbers and data, and able to generate insightful and analytical reports 

  • Flexible and able to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment 

  • Possesses a keen eye for detail and process-oriented 

  • Has excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
