Description:
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the full lifecycle of partner onboarding and offboarding for Maya’s commercial ecosystem.
- Ensure compliance with KYC/KYB, AML, and regulatory standards while managing risk.
- Monitor SLAs, optimize turnaround times, and drive accuracy and efficiency.
- Design and implement scalable onboarding strategies that support business growth.
- Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Product, Tech, Finance, and more to streamline partner journeys.
- Analyze performance metrics to uncover insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion new tools and automation initiatives through testing and pilot launches.
- Foster a partner-first mindset that drives satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Coach and lead a high-performing onboarding team with a culture of accountability.
- Align onboarding operations with company-wide strategic goals.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Graduate of any 4-year business course.
- 8–10 years of operations experience in fintech or financial institutions.
- Proven leadership in deposit account opening, partner onboarding, or account provisioning.
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working with numbers.
- Highly adaptable and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
