Description: 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of partner onboarding and offboarding for Maya’s commercial ecosystem.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC/KYB, AML, and regulatory standards while managing risk.
  • Monitor SLAs, optimize turnaround times, and drive accuracy and efficiency.
  • Design and implement scalable onboarding strategies that support business growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Product, Tech, Finance, and more to streamline partner journeys.
  • Analyze performance metrics to uncover insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion new tools and automation initiatives through testing and pilot launches.
  • Foster a partner-first mindset that drives satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Coach and lead a high-performing onboarding team with a culture of accountability.
  • Align onboarding operations with company-wide strategic goals.

 

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Graduate of any 4-year business course.
  • 8–10 years of operations experience in fintech or financial institutions.
  • Proven leadership in deposit account opening, partner onboarding, or account provisioning.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working with numbers.
  • Highly adaptable and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
