Role Overview
Leads the integration of AI technologies into PG processes and programs. This role also drives the development of data-driven people insights to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership.
What You Will Do:
AI Integration in PG
- Identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools to enhance recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with PG and IT teams to automate repetitive tasks and improve the overall employee experience.
People Analytics & Reporting
- Design and maintain dashboards, and deliver insightful reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Visier.
- Analyze workforce data to uncover trends in attrition, engagement, productivity, and other key organizational metrics.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership.
Strategic PG Initiatives
- Support workforce planning and talent strategy through predictive analytics.
- Partner with business leaders to align PG metrics with organizational goals.
Change Management & Training
- Build PG analytics capabilities across the organization.
- Drive adoption of AI tools within PG teams through training and change management initiatives.
- Serve as an internal consultant on AI and analytics best practices.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Preferably with experience in the financial services or tech industry.
- Advanced knowledge and skills in:
- Data analysis and insight generation
- Communication and storytelling to present data effectively
- Data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
- Technology adoption and learning agility
- Attention to detail
- HR compliance and core HR functions: recruitment, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement
- Process efficiency
- Change management (e.g., managing data transitions to HRIS systems, including communication, training, and user adoption)
