Product Specialist (Money Movement)
Overview:
As the Product Specialist for Money Movement, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy and roadmap to delight our customers with seamless and innovative ways to cash-in, cash-out and transfer their money within and outside our ecosystem. This role demands a product leader who can blend strategic thinking, strong execution, and effective partner engagement to deliver innovative, seamless, and scalable solutions that elevate the way we do consumer payments. You must possess deep experience in solutioning and partner integrations, with familiarity in the fintech, payments, and digital banking industries. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive value for users and business partners, ensuring our money movement platform and use cases become key engagement and revenue drivers.
What you will do:

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for money movement platform and use case development and expansion (e.g., cash-in, cash-out, send money, bank transfers)

Lead the integration of third-party enablers and partner ecosystems into the main platform, ensuring seamless user experience and robust technical implementation.

Collaborate with business development and partnership teams to source, evaluate, and onboard enablers and partners.

Lead end-to-end solutioning and integration design with external partners and internal tech teams.

Define and manage product requirements, specifications, product metrics, and solution frameworks aligned with the customer value proposition and business goals.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, Operations) for product development and execution.

Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance through strong product lifecycle and backlog management.

Monitor user engagement, partner performance, and key metrics to optimize marketplace operations and value delivery.

Identify new growth opportunities in the money movement and payments space.

Represent the company in external partner conversations with credibility and product thought leadership.

Stay current with trends in digital platforms, embedded finance, and partner ecosystems.
What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field.

At least 4-5 years of product management experience, preferably in digital payments, banking

Proven track record of successfully developing, launching, and managing payment products.

High proficiency of Agile methodologies, PDLC, and world-class PM best-practices

Preferably with an understanding of financial services operations, regulations, and industry-specific challenges.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholder groups, including technical, legal, and commercial.
