Description: 

As the Product Manager for the Micro Segment, you own the strategy, experience, and delivery of product initiatives that drive growth, engagement, and retention for micro users. You lead key app-based initiatives ensuring smooth transitions and strong adoption. You will ensure that all features are highly localized, simple, and tailored to their specific behaviors and constraints. In addition, you own enterprise MarTech and AdTech capabilities, enabling segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle engagement to support growth and monetization across users. You balance speed and simplicity while delivering measurable impact across acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement. You work closely with the commercial team, engineering, marketing, analytics, and operations to build intuitive, high-impact mobile-first experiences for the micro segment. You bring strong curiosity and passion for understanding micro sellers and emerging entrepreneurs, continuously finding ways to simplify their experience, unlock growth, and reduce friction in a fast-evolving landscape.

 

NATURE OF WORK

 

Micro Segment Strategy & Growth

  • Own product strategy for micro users on the app. 
  • Drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. 
  • Prioritize high-impact, scalable growth opportunities aligned with business goals. 

 

App-Based Growth Programs

  • Lead delivery of app-implemented programs (affiliate, member-get-member, referrals). 
  • Ensure features are simple, localized, and optimized for mass adoption.
  • Continuously improve program performance through iteration. 

 

App Migration & Adoption

  • Own migration of micro users from legacy apps to the new app. 
  • Ensure smooth transition, strong adoption, and sustained engagement. 
  • Monitor migration funnel and address drop-offs. 

 

Micro User Experience

  • Collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure onboarding, engagement, and transaction experiences are tailored to the needs and behaviors of the segment.
  • Ensure experiences are simple, mobile-first, and localized for micro users. 
  • Remove friction across high-volume user flows using data insights. 

 

Martech & Adtech Ownership

  • Own MarTech and AdTech capabilities for segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle engagement. 
  • Enable personalized communication and campaigns at scale. 
  • Support growth, reactivation, and monetization initiatives. 

 

Experimentation & Data

  • Define and track key funnels and success metrics. 
  • Run experiments to improve conversion and engagement. 
  • Translate insights into product improvements. 

 

Delivery & Execution

  • Own backlog and delivery.
  • Align business, engineering, marketing, UX, and analytics teams. 
  • Ensure fast, high-quality execution of initiatives. 
  • Ensure adherence to PDLC- embedding security, compliance, and governance from design through release.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in consumer-facing mobile or digital platforms. 
  • Proven track record in growth, engagement, or lifecycle products (e.g., referrals, retention, incentives). 
  • Experience leading end-to-end product delivery in cross-functional teams. 
  • Data-driven mindset with exposure to funnels, experimentation, and A/B testing. 
  • Strong advantage if experienced in app migrations, high-scale user platforms, or MarTech/AdTech systems.
  • Experience serving micro, SME, or mass-market users is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
