Overview:
The Senior Growth & Acquisition Lead drives efficient new user acquisition and activation by leading customer-centric go-to-market strategies across channels, with strong ownership of In-App Campaigns and User Lifecycle Management (CLM). This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into scalable programs that deliver against growth and revenue OKRs.
What you will do:
- Drive low-cost, high-impact acquisition across existing and new channels in line with Growth strategy and business priorities.
- Identify insights, trends, and growth opportunities; translate these into actionable programs and campaigns to meet acquisition and activation targets.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new user acquisition in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Media team, CLM, Strategic Partnerships, and BU teams.
- Own User Lifecycle Management (CLM) for new users across key funnel stages (registration, upgrade, activation, engagement, retention).
- Design, execute, and optimize In-App Campaigns (e.g., onboarding flows, nudges, promos, cross-sell) to improve conversion, usage, and retention.
- Leverage behavioral, cohort, and journey insights to deliver timely, relevant, and personalized in-app communications.
- Lead end-to-end campaign development from market insight and concepting to business case development, execution, and optimization.
- Work closely with Mesh counterparts on creative development, promo onboarding, CLM setup, and media execution.
- Ensure campaigns are customer-centric, insight-led, and aligned with brand and product priorities.
- Partner with Commercial Leadership, Product/UX, Marketing Capabilities, Sales, and Business Development to gain alignment and enable execution.
- Champion customer-centric acquisition and lifecycle strategies to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Measure campaign and program effectiveness using data analytics and tools.
- Track performance against core business OKRs and continuously recommend optimizations to improve efficiency and impact.
- Leverage Maya’s ecosystem by collaborating with Sales (Maya Business, Maya Center) and Business Development teams to support co-marketing and distribution-led acquisition initiatives.
- Identify opportunities that drive both acquisition and retention through partners and key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, technologies, and regulations.
- Apply insights to campaign development, positioning, and broader growth strategies.
- Provide inputs to Product/UX, tools, and process improvements to enhance the end-to-end customer journey and operational efficiency.
What we are looking for:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Growth, Brand, or Performance/ Digital Marketing
- Background in industries such as Fintech and e-commerce is a plus
- Competent with using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, including Pivot tables, reporting, and charts. Knowledge of Power BI a plus
