Senior Product Officer
As a Product Manager for Identities & Access Management products, you will play a crucial role in driving product strategy and execution for the foundational identity, access, and account security experiences that every Maya customer relies on — from registration and login to authentication preferences, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and fraud safeguards.
This product role thrives in understanding business needs, fraud and security risks, and regulatory requirements into safe and trustworthy experiences for registration, login, account security, and authentication.

You will collaborate with both internal stakeholders (Engineering, Design, Anti-Fraud, Risk, Compliance, Customer Support, and Site Reliability) and external partners and regulators (e.g., Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) to ensure Maya’s User Profiles and Security Center remain a best-in-class, secure, and compliant gateway to the Maya ecosystem.
In this role, you will primarily set and own the vision, execution and management of User Profiles and Security Center products:
User Profiles, Registration & Login
- Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for user registration, onboarding, login, and account/profile management, including updating account details and its recovery options
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to reduce friction and drop-off across registration and login funnels while upholding security and compliance standards.
- Define, document, and secure concurrence to PRDs, user stories, and product prioritization for registration, login, and profile management initiatives.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize registration and login conversion, authentication success rates, and overall experience.
Security Center
- Define a comprehensive vision and strategy for Maya Security Center as the central access point for account security, authentication preferences, and fraud safeguards.
- Own and prioritize the roadmap
- Define and prioritize Security Center capabilities for core authentication methods and MFA enablers
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for authentication adoption, account security feature usage, and fraud reduction, and track progress against targets.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on identity, authentication, account security, fraud prevention, or trust & safety within financial technology or other regulated digital products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on products and projects based on data-driven insights.
- Strong understanding of authentication methods, fraud risk management, and regulatory requirements (e.g., BSP regulations) applicable to financial services.
- High proficiency in AGILE development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex security, fraud, and compliance requirements into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to align cross-functional teams on security-related trade-offs.
