Overview:
The Senior Trade Activation Program Associate is a dynamic and results-oriented role responsible for driving transaction growth and brand presence within the micro-SME segment. The role is expected to lead the revamp of existing satellite retail stores, identify new trade program opportunities, and execute on-ground initiatives to increase transactions across various verticals, specifically targeting high-footfall retail centers that serve the financially underserved mass market.
What you will do:
- Lead the revamp & optimization of existing & new Maya Center retail stores to enhance their operational effectiveness and brand visibility.
- Spearhead the planning, implementation, and management of trade activation programs tailored for the mSME segment.
- Identify and develop new opportunities for retailer trade programs that drive merchant acquisition and transaction volume.
- Analyze Performance and Manage Budget: Use data to track results, identify improvements, and support future planning while ensuring budget control.
- Drive the achievement of visibility program targets through efficient & timely execution of merchandising initiatives for the mSME segments.
- Oversee the Roll out of mSME merchandising activities (Maya Center, POS Cashout, Cebuana Lhuillier & other upcoming use cases within timelines).
- Work closely with teams like Procurement, Finance, and Accounting to ensure seamless trade operations.
- Ensure that each vendor is able to deliver the services on-time & correct merchandising and training across target store locations are properly executed.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields
- Proven experience in trade marketing, on-ground activation, or business development, with a focus on the mSME or retail sector
- Experience working with the lower-income consumer segment is a strong plus
