Overview:

The Senior Growth Insights & Experimentation Lead will drive measurable improvements in Maya’s acquisition levers by strengthening funnel analytics, experimentation operations, and measurement discipline across product-led growth (PLG) and alternate channels.

This role ensures performance issues are detected early, opportunities are impact-sized and prioritized, experiments are run with clean measurement, and cross-functional owners close the loop with clear decisions.

 

What you will do:

  • Lead the weekly operating cadence for Onboarding, MGM, and Ecosystem—covering scorecards, diagnostic deep dives, decision logs, and action trackers (with owners and ETAs).
  • Monitor step‑level funnel health on a daily and weekly basis, tracking conversion, failures, retries, and abandonment while maintaining a prioritized opportunities & issues backlog with clear impact sizing.
  • Own end‑to‑end experiment operations, including hypothesis framing, variant definition, measurement plans, instrumentation checks, experiment readouts, and recommendations on whether to ship, iterate, or stop.
  • Safeguard measurement integrity by ensuring event completeness, maintaining error‑code taxonomies, refining attribution logic, tracking QA, and keeping cohort tagging clean and consistent.
  • Reduce manual reporting work for execution owners—especially for MGM/Ecosystem—by standardizing recurring packs and deep‑dive templates.

 

What we are looking for:

  • At least 5 years of experience in growth analytics, experimentation ops, product analytics, growth ops, funnel optimization, onboarding/KYC analytics, or similar cross-functional roles.
  • Strong data fluency: funnels, cohorts, experiment readouts, segmentation (SQL/BI tools a plus; strong Excel/Sheets required).
  • Proven ability to run cross-functional operating cadences and drive closure (not just analysis).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management; comfortable translating analytics into decisions and action trackers.
  • Fintech/payments/regulated onboarding experience is a strong advantage.
