AI Security Lead

Description:
We’re looking for an AI Security Lead to design and drive the security architecture and strategy that protects our AI technologies—both in-house developed and externally sourced. This role is critical in ensuring that every AI solution we build or use is secure, compliant, and resilient against evolving threats.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity plans, strategies, and policies to safeguard AI systems across the enterprise.
- Conduct independent, comprehensive assessments of AI security controls to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
- Embed security requirements into every stage of AI development and deployment, aligning with organizational goals and business processes.
- Lead software and systems engineering research to create new capabilities with integrated cybersecurity for AI solutions.
- Perform deep technology research to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities in AI systems.
- Assess AI systems throughout their lifecycle—from design to operations—to detect and correct deviations from secure configurations.
- Measure and improve defense-in-depth architecture against known AI vulnerabilities.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong background in software development, infrastructure engineering, data science, or data engineering.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML principles and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and programming languages like Python.
- Experience in industries such as Software, FinTech, or Banking is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-year programs and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
- Skilled in engaging with regulators, business partners, and vendors while ensuring compliance and integrity in all dealings.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a track record of promoting organizational interests and securing fair, transparent agreements.
