Audit & Compliance Specialist
Overview:
The Operations Onboarding Audit, & Compliance Specialist is the primary point of contact for Operations and a support for the Businesses (e.g. Trade & Agent Network, Enterprise, MSMEs, etc.) in achieving group-wide targets while ensuring compliance to internal and external regulations and requirements that will protect the Company from any high-risk audit findings. He/She is also in charge of the management of IT security-related items for the whole of Operations team, as well as the management of parameter configurations in our Card Management System.
What you will do:
- Gathering and submission of Audit and Compliance Testing requirements (from internal and external regulators) for the Operations team
- Timely submission of Internal Audit, BSP reports, PCI-DSS and other reports as required by key stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Assist/monitor completion of Operations periodic risk and control self-assessment (RCSA), Gap Analysis, and other similar required reports
- Crafting & management of Audit & Compliance Roadmap for Operations and cross-functional Business Units to ensure all non-tech deliverables are met within the deadline
- Quarterly implementation of Audit Review on partners such as Master Aggregators to ensure compliance
- Extend support/assistance to the Business Units as needed to improve overall compliance
- Facilitate and conduct BCM documentation and implementation within POG team
- Update parameter configuration of Card Management systems to conform with specific requirements within the required SLA
- Management of the team with coaching and guidance
- User Access Management for all Operations Systems and Tools
What we are looking for:
- Graduate of a 4-year business course or equivalent
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in Security, Audit, & Compliance related tasks, preferably in Financial Institutions
- Exposure to control environment and processes
