Help us stay resilient in a rapidly changing world. As our BCM & Operational Resilience Manager, you will lead how we prepare for disruptions, respond to incidents, and recover quickly—ensuring full compliance with BSP regulations and global standards.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the BCM programme in line with BSP Circular 951 and ISO 22301
  • Drive operational resilience initiatives aligned with BSP Circular 1203
  • Build and continuously improve BCM frameworks, policies, and procedures
  • Oversee Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Emergency Response
  • Lead and develop the BCM team
  • Run training, simulations, and annual continuity exercises
  • Ensure BCPs, risk assessments, and BIAs are updated and regularly tested
  • Partner with Technology, Facilities, and key stakeholders on resilience efforts
  • Support BCM governance and committee activities
  • Act as the SME and lead response efforts during emergencies

 

 

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree; BCM certifications (CBCI, MBCI, DRII) are a plus
  • Strong track record in Business Continuity and Operational Resilience, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services
  • Proven leadership capability with experience guiding teams and leading cross-functional programmes
  • Strong knowledge of BSP regulations and ISO 22301
  • Proven experience in building and managing BCM frameworks
  • Experience managing BCM governance activities, including policy development, testing, exercises, and audit or regulatory engagement
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
