CORE PROFILE: 

Champion marketing campaigns across a diverse range of banking products, including credit cards, loads, savings etc, This role involves strategic planning, execution, cross-functional collaboration and performance analysis to optimize customer acquisition and retention.  The role will also be managingcreative and production agencies, internal or external, including relationship management with endorsers and/or influencers.

 

 

NATURE OF WORK:

  • Ensure that all marketing campaigns align with the company’s brand guidelines.
  • Oversee end-to-end management of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, paid media (both digital and traditional), and owned assets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns.
  • Manage creative and production agencies to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing materials, including contract and payment processing

  • Collaborate successfully with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and brand awareness metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Continuously evaluate and improve branding strategies and initiatives to drive growth and success

 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  • At least two (2) years experience in brand equity and campaign management, preferably within a creative agency or a similar fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of the fintech and/or credit card industry, market trends, competitive activity and marketing best practices
  • Knowledge in marketing principles, target audience behavior
  • Knowledge in marketing regulations and compliance
  • Exceptional negotiation, creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
