The Business Process Manager will be tasked to establish and build robust business processes across the different areas of the Bank, and ensure that these processes are kept updated, relevant, and comprehensive. Add to that, the Business Process Manager together with the business process team are also tasked to conduct regular business process and policy reviews across the bank organization, helping to ensure that we are always operating on best practices.

 

What you will do:

  • Revising and updating procedures and policies.
  • Evaluating existing business processes.
  • Determining and outlining business process improvements.
  • Coordinating business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.
  • Overseeing all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives.
  • Analyzing and monitoring implemented changes to business processes and making adjustments as needed.
  • Performing ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, service quality, costs, and time management.
  • Presenting progress reports and integrating feedback.
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.

 

What we're looking for:

  • Adequate experience in business process management at managerial capacity
  • Excellent skills in policy writing, collaboration, and overall communication with individuals or groups of individuals
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
