  • Support dispute resolution and processing of chargeback/refund
  • Analyze and find better ways to address customer concerns
  • Continuous learning of operation policies and rules

 

What we are looking for:

  • Graduate of any 4-year business course
  • At least 2 years of experience in handling credit card chargeback disputes
  • Proficient in MS Office especially MS Access
  • Has excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
  • Good analytical skills with high attention to details
