Collections Analyst

Overview:

The Collections Analyst performs data analysis and reporting to support collections monitoring, strategy, and performance management.

What you will do:

• Prepare collection reports for the Collections Operations Team based on strategy and risk criteria (e.g., risk-based calling lists), in collaboration with the Credit and Portfolio Management Team
• Prepare monthly reports for Portfolio Quality Review and Monthly Business Review
  Update and maintain SQL tables for Collections monitoring (e.g., Days Past Due [DPD] and outstanding balances)
• Analyze Collections performance and measure effectiveness of strategies
• Manage stakeholders and key resources to support the implementation and tracking of initiatives, in collaboration with Collections Operations and Credit and Portfolio Management teams

What we are looking for:

• 2–3 years experience in writing SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, reporting, and validation
  Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
• Knowledge of credit risk and collections processes and metrics (e.g., DPD, roll rates, recoveries)
• Experience in performance analysis and strategy evaluation and ability to translate data into insights
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to work independently and cross-functionally
