What you will do:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls with customers
• Handle collections-related course of action for accounts
• Monitor and maintain accounts and records of transactions for the next-step recommendation, data analysis, and reports generation
• Prepare documentation requirements
• Coordinate with account owners for payments-related concerns

What you will need to succeed:

• With at least 1 year of experience in loans collections operations/support in the financial services or banking industry
• High attention to detail and an analytical mindset
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Can work under pressure and adapt to changes
• Knowledge of the lending business/field, trends, third-party collections partners, financial technologies/banks, and other intersecting industries is an advantage
