Overview: 

The Collections Strategy Specialist is responsible in the overall execution of collections strategies to be implemented by the Collections Operations team for all loan products of the bank but with more focus on Credit Cards

What you will be doing: 

• Create and execute the end to end strategies to maximize collections for Credit Cards.
• Coordinate with the bank's Collections Operations Team and ensure that the collections strategies are being executed and continuous monitoring is being implemented.
• Analyze collections performance and measure effectiveness of strategies.
• Manage stakeholders and key resources for timely implementation and tracking of key initiatives.

What we are looking for:

• A Bachelor's Degree holder
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Credit Card Collections and Collections Strategy
• Knowledge and experience in Credit Card Collections
• Experience in collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure that collections strategies are executed and monitored
• Knowledge in collections performance analysis and effectiveness of collections strategies
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive and self-motivated learner.
