As a Consumer Marketing Brand Lead at Maya, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that moves at lightning speed to deliver and drive sustainable adoption of innovative bundles of solutions to our customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand Marketing Management, Growth and Customer Lifecycle Management, Product Management, Business Development, Business Management, Data Science Engineering, Finance and Business Analytics and more, to ideate, develop and execute world-class marketing strategies tailored to specific consumer segments and the dynamic needs of the times.

What you will be doing:
- Insight Strategist: You drive and work with internal cross-functional teams to identify key market insights, trends, and opportunities for growth to develop strategic marketing plans.
- Segment Marketer: You will define and position our fintech products and solutions for specific customer segments. You will develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns to engage and drive value for each target segment. By leveraging customer segmentation, profiling, and strategy development, you will maximize the impact in the market.
- Customer Strategy Champion: You will advocate for customer-centric strategies and work to align cross-functional teams for successful implementation. Collaborating with Brand Marketing Management, Product Management, and Business Development teams, you will ensure alignment on customer strategies and goals. Leading the development and execution of go-to-market plans, you will create strategies that resonate with target segments.
- Customer Experience Enhancer: Your insights and inputs will be crucial in enhancing the customer journey, user experience, and process improvements. Collaborating with UX/Product teams, you will improve digital touchpoints and enhance customer satisfaction. You will continuously explore ways to optimize and elevate the overall customer experience.
- Mesh Collaboration Advocate: You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science Engineering, Finance and Business Analytics, and Marketing Capabilities teams. Your role will involve facilitating strategic discussions and aligning core programs and initiatives to drive segment growth. As a champion of collaboration within our mesh organization, you will ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Marketing Analyst: Your responsibilities will include measuring and evaluating marketing effectiveness through data analytics and tools. Providing actionable insights and recommendations, you will help optimize marketing strategies. You will track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Ecosystem Collaboration Leader: Leveraging our ecosystem, you will collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams. Your role will involve conceptualizing and supporting initiatives catered to distribution channels and key accounts. By identifying co-marketing opportunities, you will drive further growth within target segments.
- Competitive Intelligence Analyst: You will monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, including trends, products, technologies, and regulatory activities, to help guide campaigns and strategies to grow your assigned consumer segment. Staying updated on industry developments, you will ensure our offerings remain at the forefront of innovation.
- Budget Management Specialist: With meticulous attention to detail, you will manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of GTM resources and alignment with strategic priorities of your respective segments. Your expertise in financial planning and analysis will be crucial in driving segment-specific profitability and maximizing return on investment.
- Segment P&L and Pricing Expert: You will take charge of segment-specific profit and loss management, working with other commercial units in devising innovative pricing strategies that drive revenue growth while maintaining customer satisfaction. By analyzing market dynamics and consumer behavior, you will optimize product, promotional, distribution, partnership, and pricing structures that fit with your assigned segments to enhance overall business profitability and market competitiveness.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand, Growth, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on segment marketing, product marketing, or brand management
- Experience in Advertising, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Media Strategy and Management is an advantage
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data using advanced tools into actionable insights and decisions.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful integrated marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning, with a focus on creating personalized experiences for customers.
