Credit Cards Lifecyle Head
What you will do:
The Credit Card Lifecycle Head is responsible for the card purchase growth of existing Cards in Force (CIF) by identifying and developing programs relevant to each stage of the portfolio lifecycle:

Identifies all funnels of the Business from card acquisition to attrition and develop specific activities to ensure account activity from start of life, growth in card usage, anti-attrition programs and re-sell to voluntarily cancelled cards.

Works with Product to ensure a seamless cardholder activation process and with Marketing to develop an activation incentive program for the cardholders.

Keeps track of successfully delivered cards and works with Maya PH Cards Card Operations team to reduce Return to Sender (RTS) cohort.

Develop activation comms/promos for online spend to promote the use of virtual cards while plastic card delivery is in transit.

Develop comms/promos with Marketing to identify 1-3months activation promos to address cardholder flowing to inactive buckets..

Develop compelling offers for Inactive buckets to significantly reduce the likelihood of attrition.

Depending on spend behavior propensity and demographics, identify cohorts:
- That may need immediate and annual line increases

That may need a supplementary upsell
- That may need a retail installment upsell

That may need an inhouse installment upsell

That may need a 2nd card upsell
-
That may need an outstanding balance insurance upsell

That can participate in Member get Member program in collaboration with Acquisitions Head

Manages telesales process to support the activation/upsell process ensuring there are enough leads and makes disposition to reduce headcount to manage the Bank’s operational costs.

Studies spend controls initiated by cardholders resulting to declined transactions and initiate comms to trigger desired cardholder actions.

Works with Loyalty and marketing teams to identify merchant discount tie ups to promote card usage.

Collaborates with Product Team to identify new product features that can be launched to promote card usage such as mobile tap to pay, scan to pay and other innovations in the payment landscape.

Works with Maya acquiring team to identify and develop 0% interest installment partners to promote card usage.

Works with Marketing and Loyalty team to promote rewards earning and burning campaigns that will drive card usage.

Identifies opportunities to automate redemption processes to enhance customer journey.

Monitors card spend numbers and revenues numbers against targets and works with Cards Business Head to develop action plans to augment deficiencies in targets.
What you need to succeed:

Graduate of a Business Course

With at least 3-5 years of experience heading credit card lifecycle or product management
-
Must be familiar with the Credit Card Business system behavior, operations and P&L
-
Must have an organizational and leadership ability, decisive and problem solving aptitude

Must have good communication skills
-
Must be confident in dealing with people
