Overview: The Enterprise Business Development Associate supports the Business Development Senior Manager and team by managing the full Maya terminal lifecycle, procurement, inventory, distribution, and process optimization. The role works closely with vendors (terminal manufacturers, SIM providers, and service partners) to ensure availability, support, and timely payments.
- Managing vendor relationships and performance
- Developing business cases for process improvements
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth execution
- Preparing and processing PR/PO requests and monitoring payments
- Identifying and driving cost-saving opportunities through process optimization and commercial negotiations
What you will be doing:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and third-party providers through performance monitoring and prompt issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive process improvements.
- Support the manager and team in business development efforts to maximize opportunities with existing and potential partners.
- Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to internal and external customers.
- Work with vendors for procurement, replenishment, repairs, and replacements.
- Track, analyze, and report terminal inventory levels and usage trends.
- Develop business cases for process enhancements.
- Prepare and process PR/PO requests and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Identify and recommend cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience or knowledge in business development support, supply chain management, vendor management, and payment terminals (an advantage).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently under tight deadlines.
