Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Fraud Analytics Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization against fraudulent activities. 
 
What you will do: 
• Conduct advanced data analysis to identify patterns indicative of fraudulent behavior. 
• Establish monitoring systems to detect anomalies and potential fraudulent activities. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and extract actionable insights. 
• Work closely with cybersecurity, risk management, and other teams to strengthen the overall security posture. 
• Provide support during internal and external audits related to fraud prevention. 
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in fraud detection and response. 
• Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance overall data analytics capabilities within the organization. 
 
What we are looking for: 
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• Proven experience (4+ years) in fraud analytics or a similar role. 
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. 
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and big data technologies. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. 
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
