What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's / Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology Management, Finance, or related fields.
- A trailblazer with a proven track record of at least 5-8 years in the FinTech industry, demonstrating success in business management roles.
- Deep knowledge of financial services, FinTech trends, regulatory frameworks, and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, research skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and decisions.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, P&L analysis, and product marketing.
- Outstanding leadership and communication abilities, with a passion for inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams, has a knack for effective stakeholder management, and with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a sense of urgency and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
