Description: 

We are looking for a results-driven leader to take ownership of our Strategic Support and Fulfillment function. In this role, you will lead end-to-end fulfillment operations, drive data-led decision-making, and empower teams to deliver outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex operational challenges, and are passionate about building efficient, scalable systems—this role is for you.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead end-to-end fulfillment operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a seamless experience for stakeholders
  • Oversee operational reporting and analytics, transforming data into actionable insights that drive better decisions
  • Manage and develop the Strategic Support and Fulfilment team by setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and enabling high performance
  • Build and optimise processes to improve cost efficiency, capacity planning, and operational stability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance service delivery and operational workflows
  • Work closely with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth and effective execution of projects
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead initiatives that enhance productivity and service quality
  • Provide strategic recommendations backed by data to support business decisions and long-term planning

 

What You Need to Succeed:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to organize, prioritize, and execute with attention to detail
  • Experience in data analytics, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing operations and leading teams
  • Experience working with external vendors or partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in a similar role within the industry
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
