Head of Strategic Support & Fulfillment

What You Will Do:
- Lead end-to-end fulfillment operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a seamless experience for stakeholders
- Oversee operational reporting and analytics, transforming data into actionable insights that drive better decisions
- Manage and develop the Strategic Support and Fulfilment team by setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and enabling high performance
- Build and optimise processes to improve cost efficiency, capacity planning, and operational stability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance service delivery and operational workflows
- Work closely with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth and effective execution of projects
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead initiatives that enhance productivity and service quality
- Provide strategic recommendations backed by data to support business decisions and long-term planning
What You Need to Succeed:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to organize, prioritize, and execute with attention to detail
- Experience in data analytics, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience managing operations and leading teams
- Experience working with external vendors or partners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in a similar role within the industry
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
