CORE PROFILE:
- Results-driven sales professional with proven expertise in Key Account Management and Business Development.
- Skilled in negotiation, client retention, and sales strategy execution, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Preferably based in Cebu or Bacolod.
What you will be doing:
- Manages ETBs with a focus on growing existing accounts and driving further expansion.
- In-charge of NTB targets, aiming to bring in more key merchant group accounts to support the growth of the Visayas business.
- Acquire a minimum of 5 NTB accounts and conduct at least 10 engagements per month.
- Leverage existing relationships with key account names in the region to drive business growth.
- Demonstrate experience in handling large distribution companies in the region.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in Key Account Management or Business Development.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing NTB accounts.
- Experience in handling large distribution companies and building relationships with key account names in the region.
- Familiarity with sales CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Industry Exposure: Preferably with experience in Distribution, Supermarket, or Lending industries.
