Core Profile:
The role is responsible for creating production-grade data science solutions to solve Maya’s complex business problems. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and how data can be used in achieving company targets and business goals
What you will do:
- Development of advanced statistical and/or machine learning models to improve product experience & marketing strategy
- Design and conduct statistically sound A/B test experiments in production to optimize overall consumer experience resulting to better business outcomes
- Engage in the end to end lifecycle of data science from problem identification, technical framework creation, implementation of requirements, data gathering, analysis and modeling
- Create optimization model for user retention and loyalty
What you need to succeed:
- With at least a bachelor’s degree in any quantitative discipline (i.e. Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Math, Computer Science, etc.)
- Having at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in marketing/product development analytics is required
- Research and development experience is required
- With experience in product management & marketing is a plus
