We’re looking for a Senior Manager who can redefine how we measure and accelerate Maya Wallet’s acquisition growth. If you’re passionate about building scalable analytics frameworks, optimizing funnels, and driving data‑led decisions across multiple acquisition channels, this role is for you. You’ll lead the end‑to‑end measurement strategy for our acquisition engine—from paid media to partnerships—and shape the success metrics that guide our business forward.
What You Will Do:
Build and Own Acquisition Measurement
- Create and evolve the success measurement framework for all acquisition channels.
- Define north‑star KPIs, supporting metrics, and guardrails.
- Establish measurement models grounded in incrementality and control‑based approaches.
Lead Full‑Funnel and Front-End Analytics
- Analyze the full funnel from registration to repeat usage.
- Identify drop‑off points and prioritize opportunities that improve conversion.
Drive Back-End Data Insights
- Work with large-scale datasets covering transactions, lifecycle behavior, and platform activity.
- Connect front‑end events with back-end outcomes to uncover meaningful insights.
Manage Channel-Specific Analytics
- For member‑get‑member programs: track virality, cost efficiency, and fraud guardrails.
- For ecosystem and partner-driven flows: evaluate partner-level ROI and incremental lift.
Deliver Executive-Level Visibility
- Build and maintain dashboards that give leadership a clear view of acquisition health and performance.
- Enable fast and accurate decision‑making through high-quality reporting.
Support Experimentation
- Guide A/B test design, execution, and post‑experiment analysis.
- Recommend actions based on statistically sound results.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 5–7+ years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or a related field.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency with analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience working with large datasets and BI platforms.
- A track record of building or managing acquisition measurement and KPI frameworks.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business and product teams.
