Onboarding, Senior Lead
Overview:
The Onboarding Senior Lead will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that support client provisioning across partner merchants, the digital bank, and future Maya solutions. This role requires the ability to lead and manage projects that enhance efficiency, ensure successful implementation of initiatives, and establish measurable impact on business outcomes.
As a senior leader, the role demands strong competencies in strategic planning, foresight to anticipate operational and business needs, data storytelling, and analytical insight. The Senior Lead must be capable of influencing cross-functional teams, aligning priorities with organizational goals, and preparing clear and compelling presentations for all levels of management, including senior executives.
What you will be doing:
- Strategic oversight and leadership of onboarding and account management processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Project management of initiatives designed to improve efficiency, scalability, and risk management, from ideation to implementation and impact measurement.
- Data-driven analysis and storytelling to provide insights, track key performance metrics, and support decision-making at all management levels.
- Preparation and presentation of decks for senior management and cross-functional stakeholders, highlighting key initiatives, progress, and results.
- Foresight and planning to anticipate operational and business needs, ensuring sustainable solutions are in place for growth.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive automation, process innovation, and seamless partner experience.
- Leadership and people management, including coaching, mentoring, and capacity-building for direct subordinates (organic or project hires).
- Change management and stakeholder engagement to support adoption of new tools, systems, and processes across teams.
What we are looking for:
- Graduate of any four-year business-related course; advanced studies or certifications in project management, strategy, or analytics are an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in fintech or financial institutions, with a strong background in partner onboarding, account provisioning, or deposit account management.
- Proven expertise in strategic planning, project execution, and process improvement, with measurable contributions to operational efficiency and business impact.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear and compelling messages to stakeholders across all management levels.
- Strong analytical and data storytelling skills, able to generate accurate reports and translate insights into actionable strategies.
