Overview:
The Credit Card Operations Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and integrity of the credit card operations team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and possesses strong analytical skills. This person works well in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional problem-solving abilities, and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements. They are adept at using financial software and are committed to delivering high-quality service.

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Transaction Management: Handle all aspects of credit card transaction processing.
  • Customer Support: Provide critical support by addressing and resolving credit card-related issues, ensuring smooth operation of credit card services.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure the team’s operations comply with regulatory standards, internal policies and processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision-making.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Business Units, Risk Management, Product and Engineering to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.

 

What we are looking for: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in credit card operations or a related role in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous but not required.
