Overview:

Operations Associate will contribute to supporting Disputes resolution and processing of scheme chargebacks. He/she must be able a fast learner and eager to learn more especially in the field of Scheme chargebacks.

What you will do:

Disputes & Complaint Resolution
Analyze and find better ways to defend a case
Continuous learning of scheme policies and rules.

What we are looking for:

Minimum of 2 years experience in handling credit card disputes
Graduate of any 4-year Business Course
Proficient in MS Office especially MS Access
Has excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
Good analytical skills with high attention to details
