Collection Operations
Description:
What you will do:
- Oversee the Teams day to day collection operations
- Monitor Daily productivity of the team, ensures target is being met and issues being addressed.
- Work-force management
- Be able to identify and implement process improvement initiatives that will have an impact to his/her assigned team
- Be familiar with staffing projection complementing work volume growth and forecast and make necessary proposal to Business Unit
- Prepare, Create reports based on teams deliverable and present to management
- Monitor Collection Agency progress/ performance report
- Daily and Weekly Meeting with Collection Agency
- Ensures quality of service is being provided to the customers/clients
- Ensures regulatory Collection policy and processes were being adhere to
What we are looking for:
- BS degree holder on finance and business, and other related field
- 2 years Work experience as Collection Team Lead or Supervisor
- Experience on Lending Collection is a plus
- Strong drive to achieve goals / targets
