Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our back-office functions, with a strong focus on Reconciliation, Settlement, Account Adjustments, and Account Maintenance. This role ensures that daily operational activities run efficiently, service-level agreements are consistently met, and business continuity is maintained during potential disruptions.
The ideal candidate is a strong operator who brings leadership, process discipline, and a commitment to risk management. You will guide and develop the team, enhance operational workflows through automation, and ensure robust controls are in place to prevent financial exposure.
What you need to succeed:
- Oversee daily operations across Reconciliation, Account Adjustments, and Account Maintenance.
- Lead the planning and improvement of work systems, internal policies, risk controls, and business continuity processes.
- Build and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Manage team performance, coaching, and capability development.
- Provide operational support across business units and project initiatives.
- Deliver internal operations management support to ensure efficient and compliant processes.
What we are looking for:
- Graduate of any four-year Business course.
- At least 6 years of experience in reconciliation and settlement operations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
