Description:
What you will do:
- Design Standardized Operational Blueprints: Develop and implement templates and structures for SOPs and workflow documentation to ensure consistency across all Operations teams.
- Lead Workflow Analysis & Design: Build “self-driving” processes that minimize manual interventions and reduce operational risk.
- Manage the Process Engineering Team: Provide direction, coaching, and oversight as the team gathers requirements, maps processes, documents procedures, and conducts data analysis.
- Governance & Continuous Improvement: Benchmark operational processes, identify gaps, and drive standardization and process optimization initiatives.
- Monitor Implementation Readiness: Audit business process rollouts and ensure workflows align with technical product requirements.
- Deliver Key Outputs: Ensure 100% on-time delivery of process documentation and special projects, maintain timely process administration, and support automation initiatives to reduce support debt.
What we are looking for:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or relevant courses
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business needs assessment, technical writing, and process design preferably in a fintech or digital bank company.
- 8 to 10 years of management or team leadership experience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work professionally with executives and subject matter experts.
