Overview

Responsible for gathering and analyzing business process requirements, designing process documentation, identifying improvement areas, supporting implementation, and managing standardized, accessible process documents and templates.

 

 

 

What you will do:

  • Knowledge and Standards Management 

  • Business Process Documentation 

  • Program Improvement 

  • Customer Satisfaction 

 

 

What we are looking:

  • Bachelor’s or College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related course 

  • With 1-4 years working experience with business needs assessment, requirements elicitation, business requirements analysis and documentation, and solution assessment and validation
