Product Manager
A Product Management team member acts as the vital bridge connecting business units and technical teams, facilitating the delivery of cost-efficient and scalable products and services that align with the company's goals. This role is a fusion of various skill sets, encompassing project management, business relationship management, product ownership, comprehensive leadership abilities, and the vital responsibility of being the voice of the customer. Understanding and articulating customer needs and preferences, they ensure that the product meets and exceeds customer expectations.
What you will do:
Product Management:
- Manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Utilize agile methodologies to facilitate a dynamic and responsive product development environment.
- Customer Engagement:
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and validate product concepts and features.
- Use insights from customer interactions to inform product iterations and enhance user satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product vision and execution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for product-related inquiries, fostering strong relationships across departments.
Analytics Monitoring and Insights:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance to facilitate data analysis and tracking.
- Regularly analyze user behavior, market trends, and product performance metrics to extract actionable insights.
- Use data to inform product development decisions, enhancements, and prioritization of backlogs.
Drive Innovation:
- Research and identify market trends and emerging technologies in fintech to propose innovative product features and improvements.
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of AI-driven initiatives to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging experimentation and creativity.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s or College Degree in Business Management or Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or any related course
- With 3-5 years Product Management experience in banking, payments, financial services companies or leading tech companies in a related industry.
- Solid analytical and technical skills
- Must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid operating environment
- Highly motivated, self-learner, and proactive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and Subject Matter Expert
- Able to organize, coordinate, and direct users and teams
