Product Manager
Platform Product
Description:
You will be responsible for contributing to the platformisation of Maya’s Credit Infrastructure Platforms, with a particular focus on Collections, Data Platforms, and Credit Operations Tools. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver reusable, scalable capabilities that support current business needs and can evolve into platforms Maya can potentially offer beyond the organisation.
This role requires strong product ownership and a working understanding of how data is optimised for business use—including data standardisation, protection, privacy compliance, and data processing. While deep credit domain expertise is not mandatory, a practical understanding of how credit is operationalised is preferred, especially in areas such as Collections operations, regulatory reporting, and business reporting.
You’ll also be expected to leverage and explore AI‑enabled tools to streamline workflows, improve decision‑making, and enhance operational efficiency. If you’re comfortable owning outcomes, working cross‑functionally, and driving delivery with minimal supervision—while keeping scalability and quality front of mind—this role is for you.

- Drive sprint planning and execution, managing day‑to‑day activities with minimal direction
- Partner closely with Technology and Product teams to ensure priorities, scope, and delivery are aligned
- Provide timely and transparent updates on progress, risks, and delivery status to stakeholders
- Coordinate and align multiple functional teams towards a shared objective
- Keep the focus on scalability, reusability, and long‑term value—not just short‑term delivery

- Seasoned experience (preferably in the fintech or financial services industry) in the following areas:
