Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven and technically adept AdTech Product Specialist to spearhead the evolution of our Advertising Technology capabilities. This role will be instrumental in building Maya’s in-app advertising ecosystem and bridging cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and performance-driven monetization products. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and external partners to define and drive the product roadmap that aligns with Maya’s broader business objectives.
What you will do:
- Build, launch, and optimize in-app advertising features and monetization capabilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for AdTech initiatives
- Integrate third-party ad platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager) seamlessly into the product ecosystem
- Create incremental value through advertising across enterprise and consumer touchpoints
- Drive performance across the AdTech stack, including:
- Campaign delivery
- Monetization insights
- Cross-platform measurement
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience
- Support business units such as Lending and NB by enabling advertising products that align with revenue goals
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Computer Science, or related field
- With 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on Marketing Technology (MarTech), Advertising Technology (AdTech), Programmatic Advertising, or Media
- Has expertise with Ad Servers, Demand Side Platforms, Supply Side Platforms, and Data Management Platforms
- Must have excellent stakeholder communication, strong analytical skills, and project management
- Familiar with project management tools (JIRA / Confluence) and digital advertising technologies (Google Ad Manager, Lotame)
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced agile environment that require working with cross-functional teams
