Overview:
As a Product Specialist in the Communications Platform space, you will be responsible for envisioning and realizing a customer-centric platform, used across the different Maya customer touchpoints, that focuses on providing a one-stop-shop for incidents, fulfillment requests, and inquiries.
What you will do:
- Understand the experience, perspective, feelings, needs, and wants of end-users
- Create personas based on the end-users
- Create user stories based on persona
- State the problem that needs to be solved/ direction the team(s) need to pursue
- Ensure considerations for user-centricity, risk and compliance, and data analytics are factored in
- Map the customer journey from current experience to the future experience/ end-state
- Lead cross functional generation of creative potential solutions to facilitate customer journey with emphasis
- Lead visualizing, building, testing, and refining solutions
- Manage stakeholders with competing priorities
- Develop, maintain, and manage roadmaps across all the customer touchpoints
- Conflict resolution
- Market scan to see how other companies do certain things
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management or a related role within the financial technology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing financial technology products.
- Has high familiarity and experience working with different customer-facing knowledge management solutions.
- Has high familiarity with best practices and experience working with/ implementing Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Request for Information process areas.
- Experienced in using design thinking – at least practitioner level.
- Experienced in working with and in SCRUM teams.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools and techniques to make data-driven decisions, monitor product performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and management of the product prioritization and roadmap.
- High familiarity with API Framework and how platforms are integrated towards an end feature.
