Overview:

As the Product Specialist for Marketplace, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy and roadmap for integrating mini-app programs and third-party marketplaces into our digital ecosystem. This role demands a product leader who can blend strategic thinking, strong execution, and effective partner engagement to deliver innovative, seamless, and scalable marketplace solutions. You must possess deep experience in marketplace and partner integrations, with familiarity in the fintech, e-commerce, digital banking industries. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive value for users and business partners, ensuring our marketplace platform becomes a key engagement and revenue channel.

 

What you will do:

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of our marketplace platform and integrations, including the following key responsibilities: 

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for mini app marketplace development and expansion.
  • Lead the integration of third-party services, mini apps, and partner ecosystems into the main platform, ensuring seamless user experience and robust technical implementation.
  • Collaborate with business development and partnership teams to source, evaluate, and onboard marketplace partners.
  • Lead end-to-end solutioning and integration design with external partners and internal tech teams.
  • Define and manage product requirements, specifications, and integration frameworks aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, Operations) for product development and execution.
  • Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance through strong product lifecycle and backlog management.
  • Monitor user engagement, partner performance, and key metrics to optimize marketplace operations and value delivery.
  • Identify new growth opportunities in marketplace and wealth management mini apps.
  • Represent the company in external partner conversations with credibility and product thought leadership.
  • Stay current with trends in digital platforms, embedded finance, and partner ecosystems. 

 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • More than 4 years of product management experience, preferably in digital platforms, fintech, e-commerce, or online services.
  • Strong experience in partner or B2B integrations, including designing APIs, workflows, and go-to-market enablement.
  • Familiarity with mini app ecosystems (e.g., WeChat Mini Programs, Alipay, or similar).
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling marketplace products or ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholder groups, including technical, legal, and commercial.
  • Understanding of customer-centric design, journey mapping, and mobile-first product delivery.
  • Exposure to or understanding of digital marketplace, wealth management, or embedded finance platforms is a strong plus.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in external partner contexts.
