Product Specialist (Wealth Management)

Overview:

As the Product Specialist for Wealth Management, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of digital investment and wealth solutions within the organization. You will be responsible for building and managing a suite of investment products, including mutual funds, Unit Investment Trust Funds (UITFs), equities, crypto, insurance and insurance-linked investments. You will work closely with external financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and internal cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, compliant, and user-centric wealth offerings.

 

What you will do:

  • Develop and drive the wealth management product roadmap across asset classes (mutual funds, UITFs, equities, crypto, insurance, etc.).
  • Lead the design, implementation, and go-to-market strategy for new digital investment products.
  • Collaborate with partner financial institutions (e.g., fund managers, brokers, insurers) to co-develop or integrate investment products and services.
  • Own the partner onboarding and integration process, including compliance, solutioning, and operational enablement.
  • Design customer-centric wealth experiences that make investing simple, accessible, and engaging for both novice and experienced investors.
  • Define and manage product requirements, user journeys, and functional specifications for investment features and workflows.
  • Ensure product alignment with BSP, SEC, IC, and other applicable regulatory frameworks.
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, gaps, and innovation opportunities in digital wealth.
  • Monitor product performance, user feedback, and KPIs to iterate and improve offerings.
  • Represent the product function in external partner and regulator conversations, ensuring strong positioning and alignment.
  • Champion a long-term vision for wealth management that supports financial inclusion, growth, and sustainability.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in product management for wealth or investment products.
  • Deep familiarity with digital wealth management, investment platforms, or financial institutions.
  • Demonstrated success in launching digital investment products, including mutual funds, equities, UITFs, crypto, or insurance-linked offerings.
  • Proven track record working with regulated institutions (banks, asset managers, brokers, insurers) and regulatory bodies.
  • Strong understanding of BSP, SEC, and IC regulations relevant to investment products and digital distribution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with external stakeholders and partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving digital finance environment with complex regulatory needs.
