Overview:
Lead will oversee and ensure supporting back-office tasks specifically for Account Adjustment and Maintenance. Must be able to represent the team in various operational requirement gatherings for new product and services and must find ways to further enhance existing processes especially those Toil processes.
What will you be doing:
- Overseeing daily operations of Recon, Settlement and/or Account Adjustment and other backroom operational support.
- Ensures 95% ontime in Service Level Agreement
- Ensures 100% operational readiness for upcoming products/service
- Staff/People Development
- Cost reduction thru process enhancements/automation
- High Audit findings should be remediated
What we are looking for:
- Graduate of any 4-year Business Course
- With recon and settlement and/or card/business operations experience at least 4 years
- Has excellent written, oral communication, analytical and presentation skills
- Able to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Possesses a keen eye for detail
